Refund Policy

What We Sell

All products on ChickenedIn are cosmetic digital goods (ranks) that are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Ranks grant cosmetic in-game perks and do not provide any gameplay advantages.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

• Your purchase was made less than 7 days ago.
• You have not joined the server after the rank was applied to your account.

Once you have joined the server with your rank active, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of how much time has passed since purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

• You have joined the server after the rank was applied.
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
• Your account was banned for violating the server rules.
• A chargeback was filed with your bank (this will also result in a permanent ban).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord server. Please include your Minecraft username and the email address used for payment. Refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban from the server and all associated services. If you have a dispute, please contact us through Discord first so we can resolve it.

EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right can be waived with your explicit consent. At checkout, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Regardless of the legal minimum, we offer a 7-day refund window for unused products as described above.
