1. Overview

ChickenedIn ("we", "us", "the server") is a community Minecraft server. By using our server, website, or purchasing any products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use our services and make any purchases.

3. Server Rules

The rules of the ChickenedIn server are published in our Discord server. By playing on the server or purchasing ranks, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow the server rules. We reserve the right to update the rules at any time, and continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of any changes.

4. Purchases

All products sold through our store are cosmetic digital goods delivered immediately upon successful payment. Ranks grant in-game cosmetic perks and do not provide gameplay advantages. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

By completing a purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of your digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) once the digital content has been delivered.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed on the Refund Policy page. In summary: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not joined the server after buying the rank. Once you have joined the server with an active rank, the product is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.

6. Bans and Rank Revocation

We reserve the right to ban players and revoke ranks at our discretion for violations of the server rules. Bans issued for rule violations do not entitle you to a refund. If you believe a ban was issued in error, you may appeal through our Discord server.

7. Intellectual Property

ChickenedIn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All other content on this website and server is the property of ChickenedIn.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChickenedIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
